Clint has both general and transactional expertise in coal, copper, gold and zinc mining as well as the infrastructure, transport and building & construction industries.
This expertise draws on direct experience from operations and development projects in Australia, Africa, India, Papua New Guinea and the Americas.
Lucas Dow

Lucas is an experienced senior executive having led organisations within the resources and infrastructure sector. He has a proven record of delivering outstanding and sustainable results. Lucas has deep operational experience and proven performance in guiding and leading resources and infrastructure businesses through difficult operating environments including project development and major business transformations both domestically and internationally.
In addition to his executive management and leadership experience, Lucas has also held company director roles in Australia, United Kingdom and South America.

Shaun Treacy

Shaun has over 30 years’ experience in corporate finance and investment banking with roles in the United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Australia. He has previously been a senior investment banker with JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers, Nomura and UBS. Shaun is currently on the board of a number of public and private companies in Australia and the United Kingdom and is a Senior Advisor to a broad range of companies in the corporate advisory, private equity and corporate sectors.
Shaun has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
